These are our conditions for our luxury villa rental in Andalusia, Spain.

General Conditions:

All bookings and events at our luxury spanish villa includes:

• Personal welcome and key handover at arrival

• Sheets, shower towels, pool towels and all necessary equipment during the stay. The sheets and towels will be changed once a week on stays that last 7 nights or longer.

• The house-manager will pass by every 3 to 5 days to confirm the quality of the stay and the condition of the venue.

Minimum Rental Nights:

The minimum rental nights depend on the period of rental. The dates with less demand have a minimum rental of 2 nights and the dates with the most demand has normally a minimum of 3 rental nights.

Additional services like transfer, grocery shopping, housekeeping, private chef, breakfast and other meals may be added to the booking with extra fees. You may find more information regarding our additional services here. Services for events like catering, wedding planners etc. must be booked directly with the external firms.

Payments: 

All direct booking with Hacienda las Mesas will have a 40% advanced payment by transfer at reservation. The pending payment of 60% must be paid one month before arrival. The total payment includes the total price of the rental and possible extra services and the damage deposit.

Damage deposit:

For security 500 EUR is taken as a damage deposit on all bookings . All damage deposits will be transferred back to the clients account as soon as the state of the venue has been reviewed and valid. This will take maximum 7 days.

Cancellation fees:

Cancellations 60 days before arrival are free. Cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival have a 50% fee. Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival has no refund. Cancellations due to COVID-19 alarm have no cancellation fee.

Arrival and Departure time:

Official check-in time is 15:00 and the departure time is before 12:00. It is possible to add early arrival and/or late departure for an extra fee of 100 EUR each if no clients leave or arrive at our venue the same day.

Cleaning fee:

Cleaning fee is included in the rental price. The venue will be handed over clean according to professional cleaning regulations. Extra cleaning during the stay is not included in the regular rental price however may be added to the booking for the extra price of 30 EUR per room (included bathrooms), 100 EUR per kitchen and 200 EUR for common areas. It is also possible to include laundry service and the price is 30 EUR per load. This service must be booked together with the cleaning service.

Regulations during the stay:

• Respect the number of people specified in the Reservation Summary

• Ensure responsible use of facilities

• Respect the hours of rest from 03:00 to 09:00.

• Unauthorized parties are not allowed. Parties with guests that are not included in the booking is considered events and has an extra fee.

• Return back the venue in good conditions:

  • Clean kitchens

  • Place used sheets and towels in showers and bathtubs

  • No garbage
